1. Pasta of your choice
3. Minced garlic
4. Fresh cream or Alfredo sauce or Mayonnaise

Start by cooking your preferred pasta as directed on the package with salt and olive oil.
While pasta is cooking, blanch 3-4 cups of spinach.
Tips for blanching spinach-
Put the spinach in a pot of boiling water for one minute. Take the blanched spinach out and drop it right away into a pot of ice water.
To prepare a purée, blend the blanched spinach.
Blanching is optional. Blend the spinach with 1/2 cup water instead if you want to skip that step.
Before draining the pasta, set aside 1/4 cup of the cooking water. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil for 30 seconds over medium heat. Next, add spinach puree and cook it for 2–3 minutes. Add the oregano, salt, black pepper seasoning, and fresh cream or alfredo sauce. Give it a quick mix and cook for one minute. Add boiling pasta after that. when you quickly toss everything together and stir-fry it for another minute on high heat.
